The sent email comes from an automated system, so it should be in the Inbox already. Open the email from support@fastpeoplesearch.com, then click the blue "Click here to remove [Name]" button.
After clicking this link, a new tab will open, displaying the confirmation message below.
Return After Your FastPeopleSearch Opt-Out
